SF Learning, or SalesForce Learning, is a separate platform working with Dexcom. Because of this, their login is very similar to the usual DLC login, as seen below.

Apologies for the difficulties you are experiencing accessing SF Learning. 

Kindly note that the DLC Administrators have advised that if you are a Distributor, you should be able to log into SF Learning without any issues when using your usual DLC credentials. However, if you are a non-Distributor, you will need to sign in via the Dexcom Bookmark or OKTA.
