Specialist Notes:


The DLC Administrators have indicated that course reset requests must be handled by the course Point of Contact (POC). 


To locate the course POC, proxy into the user’s account and select the course title.



IMPORTANT!


  • If no POC is listed and the course code starts with CORPSOP- (this is a Quality course), direct the user to Kevin Collins at kevin.collins@dexcom.com.
