Specialist Notes:


DLC user information comes from Workday (WD). Personal information, including a user's preferred name, can only be updated in Workday.


Exception: For email address update requests, refer to the Incorrect Email Address SR.


IMPORTANT!


Distributors do not have Workday profiles. For any updates, escalate and specify the information that needs to be updated.


WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?


A user's preferred name may appear in Workday and other systems. However, certain areas of the DLC, such as Certificates of Completion and Assessment QR Codes, display the user's legal name entered in Workday.

Please note that your DLC information comes from Workday. The Administrators have advised that personal information updates must be made in Workday.
