Permanent Dexcom employees will log on using SSO and will not need any passwords re-set External Employees (contractors, interns, consultants, distributors): we may reset the password for these users by locating their account and entering a temporary password and confirming the password. We may also reset their PIN.

We will have a feature within the LMS that will allow us to reset the user's PIN without the need to manually enter a password. This feature will prompt users to update their PIN upon login.
